A new team member was added in December. Welcome! Gene Glenn is a Technical Client Manager with 30+ years of experience and will play a crucial role in our team providing specialized care in high-level technical and advisory issues of our clients IT environments, and areas for improvement. Gene has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has spent many years working in the AEC industry. Managed Services clients can leverage his expertise for your benefit.
Mark Kahler and Jon Rugh joined our team in the fall as the newest members of our VIPSupport team. You have likely already worked with them and experienced their competence and kindness. With their extensive skills and dedication, we are confident that they will be valuable assets to our technical support team.
We wish Peter all the best as he leaves SpireTech to begin medical school. Peter has been an integral part of our team, and we are grateful for his contributions. We are excited to see him succeed in his current endeavors.
For existing issues and clients, please refer to our Client Success Manager, Katarina. She is your main point of contact for all account management needs and will handle any escalations that may arise. She is always happy to make time for you and is committed to finding a solution to anything that may arise.
If there are problems and escalations with the Service Desk, our Service Manager Sarah is available to be a resource for you and your company.
