An Update to Our Client Portal

Dear valued clients, 

We are very excited to unveil an update to our processes. It is a major time-saver that adds transparency for everyone, and it is easy to adopt into your existing processes.  

From now on, whenever there are changes to your organization’s employees, such as onboarding, offboarding, adjustments to access or changes in hardware, we will gather the information from a form you fill out.  

This changes a process that could take multiple days with lots of back and forth into a short task. Moreover, potential discrepancies that may arise from miscommunication are much less likely, ensuring that your company’s IT is streamlined and meets your needs. 

To begin, please navigate to our Client Portal and select the appropriate option from the main menu. Highlighted in yellow below, you can easily find the option that fits your needs:

  • User Onboarding: To add a new user to your organization, with specifications included about the hardware they will use and/or ordering new hardware 
  • User Offboarding: To remove an existing user from your organization and defining the future use of their current hardware 
  • Change Access: To modify a user’s access to Microsoft 365 Groups, mailboxes, and/or file shares 
  • Change Hardware: To order new hardware for an existing user or reassign hardware between users 
  • Decommission Hardware: To decommission hardware not currently assigned to any user 

Once your choice is selected, you will be routed to the appropriate form asking for relevant details. Please fill out this form with care, as this is where we will get our information about the user, device, and permissions required.  

We hope that this new system is straightforward, intuitive, and saves time. As it unrolls into both of our processes, please share any feedback that you feel would improve the experience. We want this to be enjoyable and straightforward! 

This process ensures that we have the most up-to-date information about the users we serve, provide efficient service and prevent potential billing discrepancies.

These options will become available in your Client Portal in the upcoming weeks, visible only to designated “points of contact” within your organization. If you do not see these options by January 1 and believe you should have access, please let us know.
